Rowton Castle – Shrewsbury
Rowton Castle was the venue for Maz & Andrew’s big Day and what a day.
Unlike any other year I’ve been performing at weddings up and down the country but Rowton Castle blew me away, first time at this venue and it was WOW from the minute I drove up the drive.
Rowton Castle, near Shrewsbury, Shropshire is a Grade II* listed country house that was once the home of the Royal Normal College for the Blind. This 17th Century Castle is surrounded by 17 acres of gardens and is approximately 6 miles away from Shrewsbury. Since bought It is currently used as a wedding venue, hotel and restaurant.
Since writing this the Castle has now been Awarded Regional winners in the wedding industry Awards 2017, Wedding industry Awards finalists 2017 and was also voted 6th best castle hotel in the WORLD in 2015.
But the 19th of November wasn’t about the Castle it was about Maz & Andrew and all their guests.
All guests young and old including the bride and groom (see photos) enjoyed the entertainment I provided, it was the biggest day of their life’s and it was enjoyed by all, magical entertainment while photos were being taken and during the wedding breakfast helped make the day that bit more magical.
The whole day was captured on camera by the extremely talented and believe me all round nice guy Paul Willetts.
