July 2010 - Solicitors Merge

Shakespeare Putsman LLP

On July 1st Shakespeare Putsman LLP & Needham & James LLP both leading midlands solicitors merged together resulting in having one big party for the 320 staff which Will provided the entertainment for and rounded off a great night.

May 2010 - Anna's Hope

Elite Magic

On the 15th May Elite Magic (Will & Carl) performed for the charity Anna's Hope which gives hope to children and young people in the midlands diagnosed with a brain tumour . Every penny went to the charity which on the night over £20,000 was raised.

Multimodal Exhibition

Palletways hired Will for 3 days at the Multimodal tradeshow at the NEC where is job was to get the stand noticed and increase leads which he did with great success.

Shropshire Magical Society

On the 6th January Will was asked by Geoff Ray if he would lecture his new lecture 'Magic with a Capital E' at the Shropshire Magical Society the night was a great success with lots of laughter and applause at the end of the night.

Charity Party

E'on threw a party for 300 guests on the 19th December Will performed his award winning close-up act to help make the event a great success.

Christmas party

On the 5th December Will performed Close-up and stage magic for Virgin Media both performances went down very well and they booked for next year.

Will as been invited for the second year running to the 4F Convention a special invitation only magic convention in New York for the top 200 close - up magicians in the world.

On July 4th Will was asked to perform at a V.I.P party for the opening of the new 3D movie Ice Age 3 this was sponsored by www.woolworths.co.uk and included some high profile guests and celebrities from around the midlands.

Bachelor of Magic

While at the 4F's convention in New York ( which is a special invitation only magic convention for the top 200 close - up magicians in the world ) Will was awarded Bachelor of Magic which is given in acknowledgement for excellence in the field of magic.

March 2009 - Manchester United Again

Will goes European

On March 11th Will was asked to perform once again at Old Trafford in their newest suite (the Evolution suite) for the Second leg tie between Man Utd and Inter Milan where he was fortunate to perform for Simon Weston the Falklands veteran (a very nice man).

Over the Christmas period Will was asked to perform his close-up magic on no less than three separate occasions in their top corporate hospitality suites at Old Trafford as a United fan it was a great honour to meet and entertain Former players and guests.

Will Judges BMS Close-up Competition

On the 14th October Will was asked by The British Magical Society (BMS) to be one of their magical judges for their annual Close-up Competition in Birmingham which was a great honour with the standard being so high.

Second year running

At the International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM) Convention in Eastbourne Will was placed in the top three for the second year running in the Zina Bennett Close-up Competition.

June 2008 - Will Gray becomes Chairman

Leicester Magic Circle vote Will in

On The 16th June members of the Leicester Magic Circle to become their new Chairman for 08/09 unanimously voted for Will Gray. Will admits that it's a great honour to become the LMC Chairman and that his life and career in magic just keeps getting better and better.

Saturday 17th May Will was personally asked by the great Ali Bongo to represent The Magic Circle and perform at one of the Magic Circles Saturday shows for the public. This was a great honour and privilege.

March 2008 - Lecture for Leicester Magic Circle

Will Lectures to his peers about Close-up Magic

On the 3rd March will was invited to perform his new lecture 'Magic with a Capital E' at the Leicester Magic Circle the lecture went really well and the chairman said "that he could see why Will was a busy professional with some unique magic and great entertainment" a good night was had by all and it was great to see some old friends.

January 2008 - Will passes his exam for A.I.M.C - The Magic Circle

Will is awarded A.I.M.C with Silver Star at The Magic Circle

On 14th January 2008 Will took the highest examination at the world famous Magic Circle where he passed with flying colours and was awarded Associate Member of The Inner Magic Circle with Silver Star for performing excellence.

April 2007 - Easter Parade Magic Convention - Northern Magic Circle - Durham

Will scoops a massive five awards

Will has managed to conjure up a record breaking feat by winning five trophies all in one day. He achieved his spectacular win at the Northern Magic Circle's 51st Easter Parade magic convention, in Durham, over the Easter weekend.

The competition attracts top magicians from all over the country who compete for the much sought
after close-up and stage awards.

This years convention awards ceremony was dominated by Will, who was also representing the Leicester Magic Circle at the event. Will received tremendous applause as his name just kept being called out. He breaks a convention record for being the first person to take a record breaking 5
trophies away on one day!

Will took two trophies in the Close-up competition - The Jim Lumley Challenge Cup for first place
overall and also the Vice Presidents trophy for representing Leicester Magic Circle.

Will also took another three trophies in the Stage Competition - the Frank Baumforth cup for second place overall, the Vice Presidents trophy for representing Leicester Magic Circle and also the Clem Bailey cup for Best Comedy Magic.

The chairman of the Leicester Magic Circle Kevin Hargrave said that all at the circle are very proud of Will’s achievement and honoured that he has brought back two trophies on behalf of the circle. ___________________________________________________________________________________

March 2007 - Leicester Magic Circle Stage Competition

Will wins the Leicester Magic Circle Stage Competition for the second year running

On Friday 23rd March Will won the Sir Julien Cahn Cup for the best stage magician at the Leicester Magic Circle. Will is extremely proud to hold the cup for the second year running and aims to make
it a hat trick next year !!

December 2006 - Thistle Hotel - Nottingham East Midlands Airport

You can see Will performing every Friday & Saturday evening at the Thistle Hotel, Nottingham East Midlands Airport over the Christmas period.

Will is now in his 6th year as resident magician at the Thistle and his magic brings back companies year after year.
